THE Higher Education Authority (HEA) says higher learning institutions should move away from simply churning out graduates and produce individuals with skills that are needed in the economy. And HEA Director General Professor Kazhila Chinsembu says the Authority is working on helping higher institutions of learning improve their rankings, stating that the University of Zambia is one of the public institutions with a good ranking.
