HENRY Kapoko has sued the Anti-Corruption Commission and the Attorney General in the Lusaka High Court, seeking an order directing the first defendant to pay $22 million to Best Home Lodge Limited for loss of business. He is seeking a declaration that the conversion of the lodge into a correctional facility for women inmates with circumstantial children without the consent of the plaintiffs or compensation is illegal.
