CHANDLER Foundation Zambia Country Director Rueben Lifuka is urging youths to reject bribes offered by candidates seeking personal gain in next year’s elections. Speaking during the opening of the Zambia Anti-Corruption Conference youth programme, organised by Transparency International Zambia, Monday, Lifuka said even in next year’s elections there would be people who would not see anything wrong in engaging in electoral malpractices as long as it got them in power. “We have some people in society who see nothing wrong in using public resources for personal gain.
