JOURNALIST and socialite Mutale Mwanza has appeared before the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court and pleaded not guilty in a matter where she allegedly accused fellow media personality Daisy Mwansa Lusumpa of prostitution. Mwanza is charged with the offence of harassment utilising means of electronic communication, contrary to Section 69 of the Cyber Security and Crime Act, No. 2 of 2021, of the Laws of Zambia. Particulars of Offence are that Mwanza, on November 7, 2024, in Lusaka, using a computer system, intentionally did initiate an electronic communication on her Facebook page called M-Nation with the intent to intimidate, harass or cause emotional distress to Chinyemba Daisy Mwansa Lusumpa with a posting to which she wrote: “Ello ba Chi Chi Lihule fye....
