CONSTITUTIONAL lawyer Tresford Chali has dragged Attorney General Mulilo Kabesha to the Constitutional Court, seeking an order to declare null and void Speaker Nelly Mutti’s decision to declare the Chawama Parliamentary seat vacant. On Friday last week, Speaker Mutti declared the Chawama seat vacant following the continued absence of Tasila Lungu. Chali is also demanding an order to stay the ruling of Speaker Mutti declaring the Chawama Parliamentary seat vacant until full determination of his petition.
