PUBLIC Accounts Committee (PAC) Chairperson Warren Mwambazi has insisted that the German Embassy denied 18 MPs visas in June. He says the Embassy questioned why such a huge delegation intended to travel to Germany when Zambia does not have enough fiscal space.
