FIRST Deputy Speaker Attractor Chisangano yesterday ordered Mkushi-North PF MP Christopher Chibuye to leave the House for disturbing the proceedings. She gave the order when Finance and National Planning Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane was debating the Mobile Money Transaction Bill. “Honourable Member, you’ve just come and you are disturbing the proceedings of the House. Kindly leave the House for today. Leave the House today. Don’t even log in. There’s nothing that you’ve done. Please, just leave the House,” ordered Chisangano....
