THE Property Transfer Tax, Betting Levy and Mobile Money Transaction Levy (Amendment) Bills have passed the second reading stage in the National Assembly. The Property Transfer Tax Bill came up for reading on Wednesday. The Bill was read a second time, after which Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Attractor Chisangano indicated that the committee stage would be taken on Wednesday, December 10, 2025.
