THE Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) says prematurely discussing active investigations risks compromising evidence and violating the rights of individuals involved. Recently, ActionAid Zambia Country Director Faides Tembatemba urged the Commission to regularly update the public on the investigations and conclusions of high-profile cases. She noted that the ACC had issued fewer public statements on high-profile cases under the current UPND government compared to the PF government.
