THE annual inflation rate for December 2025 has increased by 0.3 percent at 11.2 percent from 10.9 percent recorded in November, 2025. Speaking during a press briefing, Wednesday, Zambia Statistics Agency (ZamStats) Acting Statistician General Sheila Mudenda attributed the increase to price movements in non- food items. “Annual inflation for December 2025 was recorded at 11.2 percent from 10.9 percent recorded in November, 2025.
