A FORENSIC Analyst has told the Lusaka Magistrate’s Court that the vagina swab test of the child who was defiled at the Cancer Diseases Hospital by the father had no presence of spermatozoa cells. Innocent Makasa, 49, also told the court that in cases where sperms ejaculated are very few and if the victim is bathed after the act, the presence of spermatozoa cells will not be detected. In this matter, the accused, of Mizinga Farm, is facing one count of incest contrary to Section 159(1) of the Penal Code Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.
