PF acting Deputy Secretary General for Administration Celestine Mukandila says it is sad that the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) is being abused to peddle political rhetoric by the UPND. On Saturday, ECZ directed political parties or individuals not contesting in the Chawama and Kasama by-elections to refrain from using their campaign regalia during the polls.
