CHIEF Government Spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa says the Tonse Alliance’s victory through FDD’s Bright Nundwe in the Chawama by-election shows that democracy is at its best in the country. And President Hakainde Hichilema has congratulated Nundwe for scooping the Chawama seat.
