THE Examinations Council of Zambia (ECZ) says it has developed a new registration system where candidates’ faces will be captured to curb examination malpractice and impersonation. The Council says this initiative is designed to ensure that only registered candidates sit for exams, adding that in the event that an individual hires someone to write on their behalf, the hired person’s face will be the one recorded on the final certificate.
