CHINSALI PF Mayor Lucy Mukuka has expressed interest in standing as an MP on the UPND ticket in the 2026 general elections. Mukuka also says people should expect more defections from PF to UPND. After officially ditching PF for UPND last week, Mukuka declared her intention to contest the Chinsali MP seat on her new party’s ticket, while endorsing President Hakainde Hichilema for the upcoming general elections in August.
