THE State has entered a nolle prosequi in an assault case involving Brian Kapyanga, the ex-boyfriend of socialite and content creator Ruth Mukanga, popularly known as Ruth Ronnie. In this matter, Kapyanga was charged with the offence of Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm, contrary to Section 248 of the Penal Code, Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia. Particulars of the offence are that Kapyanga, on July 8, 2025, in Lusaka, did assault Mukanga, thereby occasioning her actual bodily harm.
