A THREE-YEAR-OLD girl has died after being fed an unknown substance by a four-year-old while playing in Mazabuka. In a statement, Southern Province Police Commanding Officer Moono Namalongo said the incident of sudden and unnatural death was reported to Mazabuka General Hospital Police Post on February 10, around 17:00 hours by the deceased’s father, Siya Mwaswabi, 33, of Malubale Compound in Nega-Nega residential area.
