POLICE in Lusaka are investigating a harassment complaint from Lupososhi PF MP Emmanuel Mpankata against Matero PF MP Miles Sampa. Police Public Relations Officer Godfrey Chilabi says it is alleged that Sampa published a vulgar post on his Facebook page with the intent to humiliate and harass Mpankata.
