MINISTER of Local Government and Rural Development Gift Sialubalo says his Ministry will soon close the matter of council rates following President Hakainde Hichilema’s directive to lower them. Sialubalo has, on the other hand, urged citizens to directly report to him any shoddy works being done by contractors.
