FOREIGN Affairs and International Cooperation Minister Mulambo Haimbe has told citizens to brace themselves for any damaging outcomes arising from the tension in the Middle East. Haimbe was responding to a request for clarification by Chama South MP Davison Mun’gandu, who wanted to find out what measures government had put in place to ensure citizens understood that the possible fuel increase was beyond government control.
