MUNALI UPND MP Mike Mposha says he is a law-abiding citizen and will wait for ECZ to conclude the delimitation process and officially name the new constituencies. On Friday, the Electoral Commission of Zambia said it was concerned that some politicians had started giving names and campaigning in constituencies that had not been authorised or identified.
