THE Lusaka High Court has dismissed a matter in which Morgan Ng’ona had dragged Miles Sampa to court, challenging his expulsion from the party, due to lack of prosecution. Meanwhile, Ng’ona has filed an appeal, challenging the ruling on two grounds. In this matter, Ng’ona had taken Sampa to court, arguing that the latter lacked the authority to dissolve the party’s central committee. Ng’ona also sought an order declaring Sampa’s decision illegal, along with a stay of all actions taken by Sampa until the case was fully determined.
