MEDIA personality Daisy Mwansa Lusumpa, alias Chichi Daisy, has informed the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court that she intends to withdraw her lawsuit against Mutale Mwanza in a matter in which she was accused of prostitution. In this matter, Mwanza is charged with the offence of harassment utilising means of electronic communication, contrary to Section 69 of the Cyber Security and Crime Act, No. 2 of 2021, of the Laws of Zambia.
