THE Police Service Commission has urged officers to uphold professionalism as the country heads towards the general elections, stating that policing elections will be more involving this year with the creation of 70 new constituencies. Meanwhile, Lusaka Province Permanent Secretary Eng Joe Kalusa says the Commission should send some of the recently recruited police officers in Lusaka to rural parts of the country so that they can gain experience, which they can use to police the upcoming general elections.
