MINISTER of Youth, Sport and Arts Elvis Nkandu says government is in the process of procuring a turf protection system aimed at preserving the newly installed pitch at National Heroes Stadium when hosting non-sporting events. Government successfully completed the first phase of rehabilitation works at the facility, marked by the installation of a modern hybrid football pitch designed to restore the stadium to international standards.
