POLICE in Livingstone are searching for a one year-old baby who drowned in a stream together with her aunt. Southern Province Police Commanding Officer Moono Namalongo said Rabecca Sikalemba, 22, drowned with her niece who was strapped to her back on her way from plaiting her hair. “The Zambia Police Service in Livingstone District received a report of a drowning incident, which was made at Livingstone Central Police Station on March 18 at 14:50 hours.
