POLICE have warned and cautioned Nchanga Constituency aspiring member of parliament Mulaza Kaira, alias Macky 2, for holding meetings without notification as required by law. Yesterday, police in Chingola picked up Kaira while he was having a meeting with ex-miners in the constituency. In a short Facebook post, Kaira, who is also a musician, wrote, “I have been arrested in Chingola”.
