MINISTRY of Education PS Dr Kelvin Mambwe says government, through the directive of President Hakainde Hichilema, has released K23 million to address the University of Zambia’s water and sanitation challenges. UNZA students protested yesterday after the tragic death of Emmanuel Bwalya, a second-year student who drowned after accidentally falling into a trench dug to address the institution’s sewer problems.
