FORMER ZAMMSA Director General Victor Nyasulu and three others yesterday appeared before the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court in a matter in which they are charged with five counts of abuse of authority. In this matter, Nyasulu, Nalishebo Siyandi, Nchimunya Habadu and Dr John Kachimba stand charged with abuse of authority of office contrary to Section 21(1)(a) as read with Section 41 of the Anti-Corruption Act No. 3 of 2012.
