POLICE in Eastern Province have arrested a police officer who allegedly stole K600,000 from ZANACO Bank in Lusaka last year. Eastern Province Police Commanding Officer Robertson Mweemba says Emmanuel Tembo, 33, fled to the Copperbelt Province after robbing the bank where he was guarding, later returned to Lusaka and then went to Eastern Province where he was apprehended.
