A 28-YEAR-OLD shopkeeper of Barlastone has been dragged to the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court for having carnal knowledge of a nine-year-old boy against the order of nature. In this matter, Luckson Chilala is charged with one count of unnatural offences contrary to Section 155(a) of the Penal Code Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia. Particulars of the offence are that Chilala, on a date unknown but between July 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025, in Lusaka, had carnal knowledge of M.C, a child, against the order of nature.
