OUTGOING Minister of Commerce, Trade and Industry Chipoka Mulenga says he will strongly campaign for President Hakainde Hichilema’s return to office after the August elections because the country needs him. And Mulenga says he feels like the luckiest minister in the UPND administration because he was given a team that was equal to the cause.
