MINISTRY of Education Permanent Secretary Dr Kelvin Mambwe has disclosed that government has promoted over 10, 000 teachers who have upgraded their academic qualifications since 2022. Dr Mambwe says government promoted over 2,000 teachers in 2022 and continued to do so since then, with close to 3,000 teachers promoted this year.
