THE Road Development Agency (RDA) says works on the Lusaka–Ndola Dual Carriageway have reached 78 percent completion, assuring that the project will be completed this year. RDA Chief Communications and Corporate Affairs Manager Anthony Mulowa says the project, which commenced in 2024, was scheduled to be completed in 2027.
