THE Lusaka City Council has successfully completed the paving of Heart of Jesus Road in Libala, Kabwata Constituency, as part of its ongoing infrastructure development programme. Lusaka City Council Public Relations Manager Chola Mwamba said the project was implemented using the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) and involved the installation of pavers to improve road safety and reduce dust.
