THE Zambia Industrial Commercial Bank (ZICB) has disclosed that it posted a K2.3 million after-tax profit for the quarter ended 31st March, 2026. The bank adds that capital and liquidity positions remain well above regulatory minimums. According to quarterly financial statements published by the Company, Chief Executive Officer Ngenda Nyambe said primary capital stood at K436.4 million and was about K218.5 million above the eight percent minimum threshold. He said interest income totalled K131.5 million, driven mainly by loans and overdrafts at K69.6 million and securities at K59.4 million.
