STEPHEN Kampyongo says President Hakainde Hichilema is a “misinformed spy” for alleging that the opposition are trying to “fidget” with the election process. On Wednesday, President Hichilema urged electorates to protect their vote on August 13, warning that the opposition is plotting to “fidget” with the process because they know they’ll lose. He added that he was the “Chief Spy” and therefore knows what opposition was discussing.
