CITIZENS First aspiring presidential candidate Harry Kalaba says the police yesterday blocked his scheduled campaign activities in Nakonde. Kalaba says his rally was stopped after police were informed that President Hakainde Hichilema would visit Muchinga Province next week Tuesday. Speaking in an interview, Sunday, Kalaba said his radio appearance was also cancelled by the police. “They have stopped my campaigns, saying that they have received information that the Republican President will be visiting Nakonde on Tuesday. So I explained to them that unless the President was in the district right now, that would have made sense, but he is coming on Tuesday, why should we be blocked? It’s a violation of our rights as a presidential candidate in this election....
