FORMER Attorney General Musa Mwenye says seditious laws are promoting disaffection against government. Mwenye also says the August polls will not be about “nice GDP, reserves and Kwacha statistics” but their impact on the ordinary citizens, adding that the polls will be determined by the democratic space and the economy.
