MINISTRY of Information and Media Permanent Secretary Thabo Kawana says government expects all media institutions to ensure equitable and balanced coverage of all political actors in accordance with the Constitution. Meanwhile, Kawana has disputed social media allegations that he said government plans to shut down the Internet and intends to hand over the country to the military.
