NRPUP presidential candidate Brian Mundubile has promised to end cadreism and depoliticize the civil service. And Mundubile has called on President Hakainde Hichilema to engage the FRA and ensure a concrete decision was made regarding the announcement of the maize floor price. Addressing a rally in Luangwa Tuesday, Mundubile said his government will depoliticize the civil service and the different law enforcement agencies by ensuring merit-based employment. “We will ensure that every Zambian who has qualifications is given an opportunity in the Civil service. We will put an end to database-based employment. Our government, employment based on nepotism and employment based on political affiliation will come to an end. We will not only change government but also how government works....
