INDEPENDENT candidate for Ndola’s Dag Hammarskjold constituency, Esther Bwalya, has announced her withdrawal from next month’s parliamentary elections. Bwalya, who has not disclosed the specific reason leading to her withdrawal, says continuing the race would have affected her ability to continue with the campaign.
