MINISTRY of Mines Permanent Secretary Dr Hapenga Kabeta says the sugilite that was impounded years ago is still in police custody, stressing that the matter is part of legal processes. Meanwhile, Dr Kabeta says mineral royalties are what is currently sustaining government operations.
