THE Lusaka Magistrates’ Court has for the third time adjourned Xavier Chungu’s matter to July 23, 2026, due to unavailable committal papers from Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Gilbert Phiri. In this matter, the former intelligence chief director is charged with the offences of communication of certain information, seditious practices and publication or disclosure of information to an unauthorised person.
