TEAM Zambia has officially departed for the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland, with star athlete Muzala Samukonga leading the six-member contingent. The team, comprising six athletes and two coaches, was seen off at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport by Zambia Athletics president Major Bernard Chola Bwalya and General Secretary Teddy Shimishi. The athletes traveling to represent the nation include Kennedy Luchembe, Patrick Nyambe, Muzala Samukonga, Niddy Mingilishi, Edina Ngandula, and Emeldah Kapunjila. The contingent will be guided by coaches Douglas Molo and Douglas Keziaus Nyendwa.
