THE Tonse Alliance has challenged the police command on the Copperbelt to arrest suspected UPND cadres who allegedly attacked NRPUP members within 24 hours. Alliance Presidential Affairs Chairman Binwell Mpundu says he knows the suspected attackers by name and where they live, adding that if the police do not arrest them, the alliance will have no option but to “defend” itself using the same measure.
