SENIOR Chief Mwata Kazembe says his chiefdom does not belong to any political party but belongs to all Zambians. Meanwhile, President Hakainde Hichilema says his administration has redefined government’s relationship with chiefs by providing institutional support, infrastructure, among other things that elevate their status.
