POLICE in Kitwe yesterday picked up, warned and cautioned NRPUP Wusakile constituency aspiring candidate Pavyuma Kalobo. Kalobo was picked up on Saturday morning after police officers surrounded his residence. Speaking in an interview, Copperbelt Police Commissioner Mwala Yuyi confirmed that Kalobo had been picked up but denied that he had been arrested. Yuyi said Kalobo was only warned and cautioned before being released as police are still investigating him. “He was never arrested, he was just being interviewed, he was warned and cautioned, and we’ve released him.
