THE Lusaka City Council (LCC) has called on business and property owners to embrace the recently introduced e-Council platform, which enables residents to access and pay for a wide range of council services online from the comfort of their homes. The digital platform, introduced through the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development and integrated onto the Government Bus online platform, is designed to improve service delivery by allowing users to conduct council transactions without physically visiting Council offices.
