FORMER justice minister Wynter Kabimba says the Judiciary has over the years risen to the task of resolving electoral disputes with prudence and objectivity. On Wednesday, Chief Justice Dr Mumba Malila said the Judiciary was fully prepared to resolve electoral disputes without fear, favour or delay. Dr Malila added that in the last two election cycles, the Judiciary had not encountered systemic delays in the determination of electoral disputes.
